tatoosh, I am just above sea level, not an issue. Tried some pork ribs and they turned out pretty good. Had them on for about 5 hours with the water pan full. Wish I didn't have water in the pan the last hour to let them crisp just a little, think that would have been the ticket.
I thought after reading other post that the water in the pan would bring down the temp.
