Your smoked meatloaf sounds gook Kenny. Glad the smoke went well. I'd post a note in the Welcome section for Ed and see if he can direct you to an online site for the manual letting him know you have misplaced yours.

Kenny on other thing I did when I first started was keep a note pad of the settings of the kettle and the weather conditions. Wind and temp being most important. Cloud cover and sun on the kettle less so. Once you do this a few times you'll be able to do it by instinct.
