Still stuck in the stall! If I throw the grill temp up to 400 for an hour, am I toast? We have company over in 75 minutes...

Jason I'd wrap them in HD foil and throw them in the oven at 400. It might be tough to get the grill temp up to 400 with SN. Even with the water pan removed I have had a tough time getting above 350.

Internal temp got up to 188. Got the SN up to 450 with vents all open and a log of applewood thrown on the coals with no water. Can't get my pics small enough to post

Jason, no worries on the pics, but it would be great to see your cook. I don't know why, but i like looking at other people's cooks. :-D
