Hi, I have a wireless NeatConnect scanner that appears to be having issues syncing with Dropbox. The sync with Dropbox option is there, and it allows me to enter my login info. I went and searched Neat's support site, and found the message (called out in the spoiler)? So...checking in with DropBox crew. What conversations have you had with Neat? What needs to be done to resolve? Any idea? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
