Xenia 360 emulator

Hi,

I recently discovered Xenia Xbox 360 Emulator Research Project and I saw some youtube videos of it running some games(one game actually Dragon Ball Raging Blast but someone claimed that it may run like 50 titles so far) posted a week ago with some people discussing some code and having a some BSoD problems which makes look legit,it looks really Promising so is it really ? and if so can it run dead red redemption and what other games can it run? and how soon can we expect a working version?

Any idea?
