No display On computer but no beeps either?

The computer is an hp p6310y

When the computer is powered on there is no display on the monitor at all i cannot even get to bios with this thing seeing as as soon as it is powered on its always black.

Now when i start the pc i get no beep codes, so at first i thought bad video card.. i took it out and used the on board one made no difference.

All the fans seem to be running good without issues , i tested the memory in another computer and it all works fine. Also when i take off all 4 sticks and turn on the pc i get no beeps at all which i believe i should.

I took out the power supply and tested it with one i know is working but no difference either. I took off all the hardware and inserted each one by one trying to find out what it was but everything looks fine.

I get no beeps at all even if i take off all the memory sticks and power on the pc without memory. The only thing that is left is a bad motherboard , maybe this is why i get no beeps?
