Bacon Explosion - recipe

Came across this last night.

This was just my second use of the Smokenator, and everything has worked out just great, other than some weakness on temp.
This recipe will be fun to use and trying different sausages and BBQ sauces and rubs.

That Bacon explosion is very similar to a "Fattie" you should do a google search, you won't believe some of the recipes.

I was doing a little research on this deadly thing and some folks take it to the next level, by adding jalepenos with cream cheese or adding cooked hot link instead of the pre cooked bacon for the middle.

Scary thing: the Bacon Explosion is why I bought my DTS. I am SOOOO making one of those bad boys this summer...before my arteries are too frail to handle it (though, it may already be too late!).
