I notice that a lot of the posts here reference what seem to be huge amounts of meat. I mean an 8 lb butt plus a half dozen racks of ribs, etc. For some, it appears that perhaps 20 lb of meat is being cooked. I don't even KNOW enough people to munch through that in one setting or even multiple settings. Usually its just a few for dinner and as much as I like it I don't want to be eating brisket for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a week. So is it impractical to smoke for just a few or can the results be frozen or what?? Rich

BBQ is just like any other food you cook. I usually Q as much as I can in my smoker to make the most out of time and fuel. Then I freeze using a food saver. Make meal size bags and just re heat.
