I'm going to try 3 racks of baby back ribs this weekend. I'm wondering whether to use a rack to hold them vertical or lay them flat on the food support grate.
Any experience or suggestions?

I have found that it makes little difference. Standing in a rack, they seem to be done slightly faster is all.
