Fantastic! I'm finishing up my first day using the Smokenator and couldn't be happier! I cold smoked some bacon early this morning (one coal, one wood block at a time) and am just finishing up a butt right now after 11 hours (it's midnight!). With the butt I smoked a little cool, but only because of peeking too often and a slightly leaky kettle. The Smokenator is a serious piece of equipment that I will be using for years!
