New smokenator user here. Thanks to my wonderful new tool, the advice in this forum, and on Amazingribs.com, I've turned out my best racks of baby backs that I've ever made. I know I can improve! I learned a few things with my first cook on the Smokenator of course, as its an art more than a science. Im very happy with my results!
