Pellets with Smokenator

My Smokenator is due in tomorrow. Has anyone on this forum used pellets in their Smokenator? I have a bunch of bags left over from my Brinkman smoker and would like to use them up.
Also I have a bunch of chips. Anyone used chips in their Smokenator?

Thanks ecripps. I'll try the pellets in foil.
Smoked 2 slabs last weekend and they were the best. Used hickory chunks. 3 hours, turning every hour, and 1 hour in foil. 230° to 250°.
