Here's how I spent the first hours of 2011. Perdue chicken with Mike Mills' Magic Dust smoked with my Smokenator with Cowboy lump and mesquite chunks. Came out great! The Magic Dust was a little bit too strong for the chicken but very good. Happy New Year Smokers!
