Hi all, I'm new here, and just wondering what everyone thinks about the idea of adding some very simple plumbing to dump water into the pan, without opening the lid.
I could add a valve to the line, so its only opened once there is water to enter the chamber.
Just wondering if anyone has heard of such a thing, or has any helpful opinions on it. I'm sure many people will say it's not worth it, but I'm trying to really get my temps under control. If you're looking, you're not cooking, right?
