Thought I'd share my first use of the Smokenator. I made a bacon weave, stuffed, "fattie" and smoked it with Mesquite. It took about 4 hours since this was a large fattie (2 1/3 lbs). As you can see it turned out great!! ;D home.comcast.net/~firecapt1/Bacon Fattie.jpg[/img] home.comcast.net/~firecapt1/Bacon Fattie Cut.jpg[/img] The Smokenator worked as advertised and I followed the directions exactly. Great smoke and very moist.

WoW firecapt! That looks awesome. The bacon weave, frankly, makes me weak at the knees! Just love the stuff. What's it stuffed with?

Stuffed it with a mix of sautéed onion, celery, mushrooms, garlic, spinach and jack cheese. Any stuffing will work, just depends on your taste and imagination. I used the meatloaf mix from Alton Brown (Food Network "Good Eats").
