I bought a smokenator shortly after I bought my kettle years back. I haven't used it in a long time. I can't believe the moisture it makes in the kettle when using it.
I made a chicken and sausage meatloaf and salmon for the wife. Also had some mashed potatos and corn but didn't get pics of that stuff. Used Oakridge bbq rubs. Really good rub.
