Looks pretty darn good. The little grill your wife got you looks like it would come in handy. Does it sit up on a stand or directly on the ground?

Thanks. The grill sits on my grill table I made. I use to have my ceramic grill in the table but I bought a nest for my table. Now my table is all work area. It will be a nice grill for all the little cooks. The results have great with the smokenator. I think I used 60 briquettes for the whole cook. Dome temp stayed at about 240 or 250 the whole time. My dome lid is thermometer is pretty close to what my pit temp is.

I find that the dome temp is 30-50 degrees different from the grate temp
