thankyou Don for a truly amazing invention.
It has transformed my stubbon ways of kettle cooking to a new professional level all my friends rave about.
It sounded really difficult at the start but the booklet and youtube presentation made it really easy to understand the basics. as i am now getting into the hang of consistancy in temprature and smoking, a whole new world of smoke flavors and sauce techniques has become my passion to excel in.
