Pepper stout beef

I did a version of this recipe. Next time I will follow the recipe.

I used Peperoncini, garlic, beer, mushrooms,worsty sauce and at the end mixed in a little velvetta chili cheese sauce. The stuff was awesome.
Used cheapy store bought hamburger and hot dog buns. I like it on the hot dog bun better.


Just on the grill and pulled off at 155.

Cooked down and pulled.
