My first smoke was a hit! I did a pork butt close to 8 pounds. I used Texas Rub using the 1-2-3 method and it came out great. Nice smoke ring and flavor, juicy pork. It took a super long time to cook but I was also running a fish fry at the time so I could not focus 100% on the butt. The end results were still out of this world and I can't wait to get smokenating on something else. Fresh out of the package, about room temp Texas Rub using the 1-2-3 method Smokenating! Mr Brown! About to get an hour nap, wrapped up in a cooler.The bone pulled out clean and the roast just fell apart. The End!
