I loaded up the Smokenator with the Hovergrill this time. I may have over did since I had to fight to get the temps over 200 for the longest time it seemed. Everything came out great in the end. I probably could have gave the ribs a bit longer but they were still great. Here is the load before it went on the grill. Fatty, chicken quarters, and spare ribs. All rubbed down with Worcestershire sauce and Texas BBQ Original. Here is everything after being smokenated by the smokenator! Look at the smoke ring on the beef, and pepper-jack cheese fatty! Not bad for my first one. Can't wait to get at it again! Thanks for looking.

And a Bacon Explosion? Or is that something else? You mentioned beef.
