Hello Has anyone tried beef short ribs on the smokinator?
I have tried bbq shortribs but only thincut Korean Galbi style, and they turned out pretty good.
Any thoughts on thingying temp if you do them low and slow? At amazingribs.com, the suggested temp is 155 F, 68 C.
Anyone have any other suggestion?
