I found this fantastic rib glaze on the Smoke Ring forum (where I first learned of the Smokenator). Family loved it:
1/3 c. honey 1/4 c. bbq sauce of your choosing 1/4 c. apple juice 1/8 c. cider vinegar 1/8 c. bourbon (I like Maker's Mark!)

U don't have to heat up just mix and glaze or doesn't even matter, sounds great either way

1/3 cup honey, 1 cup Head Country BBQ sauce, 1 tsp cinnamon, mist down your ribs every hour with apple juice until you foil them for 1 hour then use the glaze every 1/2 hour till perfect!

I put 50/50 - apple juice and water in the smokenator's pan. It seems to keep the ribs moist. I also use Apple / Hickory wood combo.
