We just did peaches on the grill. Cut the peaches in half and brush the flesh side with olive oil. Grill and then put marscapone chess in the cavity and drizzle honey over it. You could probably use blue cheese and others as well.

I've done the same thing before but instead of the cheese in the cavity I blended some berrys together and scooped vanilla yogurt over it right off the grill followed by a little drizzle of honey.
That was the bomb
