I have a 6lb bone-in breast and was wondering if it's better for it to be on the coal grate or the cooking grate? This will be my first time with the smokenator, so any advice is appreciated.

Dilbert I thought I had answered you on this but I guess I must not have pushed enter. I hope your breast came out okay.
I always cook my breasts on the cooking grill until they reach 165. For wood I love cherry for a couple of hours. I also rub under the skin with some oil and herbs and on top the skin and under the breast, it adds extra flavor.
Don't worry about low and slow with turkey, there is no collagen to break down like pork or beef. I cook it at 300 or 325 it can be done it 2 hrs.
Again my bad for not answering sooner.

Hi friends!! I am a chef in a restaurant of Chicago, now I am thinking to have my personal website as I am providing online cooking classes to others. I am looking for some suggestions for my website.

Glad to know about this information on how to cook Turkey Breast and hope this will help me in cooking this recipe. Arranging a lunch party for my friends and learnt few recipes from Nom Photo Sharing App and going to give couple of them a try.
