Looks tasty ... I didn't take any before pic of this Chuck Roast, but cooked L&S @ 225 until 165, foil wrapped and cooked on until 210, rested 15min, sliced, photos, enjoyed . Larry T (ada Smoke'nJoe) PS I like a LOT of smoke taste = big smoke-ring.
