Heard about this pace through amazing ribs. I've used a Weber 22 inch for about 20 years, and last summer my wife asked me why I never cooked ribs. Too complicated and easy to mess up was my answer, but bless her heart, she pressed me to give it a shot, and I ended buying a Smokenator. I've cooked a few things with it and have been very impressed, but now I'd like to get past just hoping I can grill the way I hope to, and really learn more about what I am doing.

Welcome to the fire! Ah, ribs on the Weber- that sounds good. Poke around on the site, there's lots of fun stuff here.

Nothing better than ribs with the SN. Did a turkey for Christmas, I'll show pictures later on in the S-view. Have fun exploring what you can do with the SN and as WC says poke around the site for lots of fun stuff.
