I used the SN to smoke these at 325* before searing them. These are skinless. Best skinless chicken I have ever had. So tomorrow the Prague #1 is coming and I'll see about curing some turkey legs, because I don't want to be dependent on the Renaissance festivals anymore. Eventually I'll be curing bacon because bacon. Attachments:

digging if you want some help in curing and smoking let me know done it a few times now see my bacon is here in S-view.
