Thats all I can say, phenomenal . Jumped right in and did a 4lb pork butt. Ive done butts on the weber using the indirect method, and it turned out so-so. This turned out so tender, the hickory smoke flavor was in every bite. My brother in law two hours later is still raving about how good it tasted.
