Model smokenator! I have had a "nator" for several years. I don't use it all the time since I also have a Stumps gf 223 that I use most of the time.
The smokenator works like a charm if you follow Don's directions. My favorite thing to cook on it is 2 inch thick boneless loin chops. I monitor internal meat temps closely and pull at 160. Let rest for about ten minutes under foil and eat!
I will buy a 26.75" when available!
