Hi everyone, I received my Smokenator today at about 1130. In anticipation of its arrival I had previously prepared Chicken breasts and 3 country ribs. 4.5 hours later, and a couple of newbie mistakes later, I finshed with dinner. Chicken not only was moist, but had a great bark as well. The Ribs came out a tad over done, but that was due to me not foiling them until the chicken had reached 170 I.T. I am thoroughly impressed with the smokenat
