Hi Tom,
I retired last June and thought I'd be smokin' up a storm. Instead, this has been my busiest summer in years. Man, I don't know where the months went! I know the dog and I went to obedience classes this summer, but the rest of it is a blur.

It was a slow summer for me. Health issues kept the smokenator in the garage all summer unfortunately. Broke it out a few days ago and did a 7lb butt. I was rusty and the butt stalled at about 144°. I finished it in the oven. Not to be denied though!! I did two slabs of spareribs on Christmas Eve. Came out excellent!!
