Hi,
I had error code 39 with my CD-Rom drive. I went to a website it said to delete my upperfilters. I went to delete them and I deleted more than I was supposed too. Now my mouse and my keyboard dont work.
I tried a lot to fix them, I have a wireless mouse so I tried to plug in a USB mouse and it still didnt work.
I also had my friend try to remote desktop me and her remote desktop doesn't work. So that didn't help much.
My friend thought maybe I could put the files on a disk drive and put them on my computer but that won't work..
One last thing I tried was putting my keyboard and USB mouse in the other USB things cause I have 4. Still didn't work.
Any idea?
