I've seen "give chicken lemon-water bath" (then rinse w/ cold water) before cooking. Anyone out there do this? * WHAT RATIO LEMON JUICE TO WATER SHOULD BE USED? *

Haven't seen that one yet. For whole chickens, I rinse with cool water, pat dry, then coat with whatever rub suits my fancy that day. For chicken pieces, I brine first.
