OK everyone, what did you smoke over the Labor Day weekend? It's Sunday morning about 9:00am. I'm 2 hours in smokin' another pork butt! Probably about 10 hours to go

I just finished 2 racks of baby backs.. It was kind of a last minute thing but they were on sale for a little over $2/lb so I couldn't resist. I got them this morning, mixed up a rub & got 'em on.
For the first time, I measure the temp at the grate instead of at the dome. I was a little surprised--I did everything exactly as I had before, & it settled in at about 210. I was concerned but just kept going since I had done it the same way every other time with the smokenator & had good results.
I cooked them at roughly 210 for about 4 hours, then the last hour took out the water pan & got it up to about 300. They came out perfect. No pics, but they were awfully good...
