My 1995 F53 (Rexhall) wouldn't start. Was sure it was fuel. Checked relay which was OK. Jumped the two pins on the relay and the pump starts up. The grounding pin on the relay board which goes to the PCM doesn't show a ground. Just to make sure it's fuel, I squirt starter fluid into the air cleaner. Engine starts up (as expected) but it keeps running, shows no sign of fuel starvation. Haven't driven it, but it will idle for 20 minutes and rev up fine. When I pull the fuel pump relay it stops immediately. Try to start again and same thing happens all over again. It appears that the process of "priming" the pump is not working. Any ideas? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References www.irv2.com/forums/f23/fuel-pump-problems-259854.htmlmarketing campaign examples
